For those having dialer lag.. As a work around Disable Google search in apps. It improved the responsiveness of it. I think Google search is interfering with dialer...

Actually, this sounds like the same problem with the audio blob as for CM11. If this is the case, then deactivating the "OK, Google" hotword in the Google Now settings should be sufficient.
I'm sorry that I can't test this myself right now, because I need a working phone right now.
I didn't installed gapps and dialer is very laggy.. Infact whole rom is laggy..
So waiting for a beta build

im using this rom with CPU Tuner, Ram booster and performance Booster, thats all makes ROM stable , it's cool

Memory leak with lollipop on nexus lineup...probably on our XP too?
Just realized that apps are not being cached(in running apps settings window). I also read somewhere that there is a memory leak bug with lollipop that causes apps to be terminated more frequently than is supposed to. It's all here: http://www.xda-developers.com/lollipop-memory-leak-fixed/

Wifi does not work with Abhinav's kernel (one mentioned in OP), so if you flashed it to have recovery i.e. for flashing gapps (percy's build still does not have one), you have to flash boot.img from percy's build again. Then WiFi would work (does for me).
more fabric towards speed and smooth, but the camera is still processing delay.

From my experience with it, clearly the bug still persists....home keeps restarting in every instance i run even a small app like opera mini. And apps close almost always instantly i minimize them......................
*review* The latest build seems to have solved the issue so far???

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Installation:
1. Download ROM zip and GApps zip.
2. boot.img from here and flash it via fastboot
3. Boot into recovery.{Press Power button when device vibrates}
4. Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
5. Flash ROM zip.
6. Reboot to system and let it settle.
7. Reboot and flash GApps zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM12 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
First boot takes some minutes. Wait patiently.

We always welcome any kind of feedback, but if you report a bug, please, do it in a proper way, make a full detailed description about how to reproduce that bug, explain which add-ons you installed, tell us if you wiped cache and dalvik-cache or if you made a clean install, also, is very helpful to attach a logcat reproducing that bug, here you have a great guide about how to report a bug and take a logcat
