Ok, modules for all basebands have now been uploaded. Flash in a similar fashion to that of the wifi modules.
With this flash, SELinux should work for sure without the SELinuxModeChanger app.
However, if it doesn't work, tell me so I can fix it.

Samsung S4+Safestrap on NB1, NC1, NI1, or NJ4.
Super-Nexus or GPE Rom by JoeTech or AOSP by jmsq.
Instructions:
1. Download ZIP.
2. Reboot phone to SafteStrap Recovery.
3. Install the ZIP.
4. Reboot.

Included in the packages are also the mtp libraries. But they don't work for me.
If it works for you, tell me.
Also, feel free to throw any ideas for attempting the recovery MTP and Wifi Hotspot.
