CM12 has always worked perfectly for me (used it for like two months) but for the last ten days I have had problems where the phone never boots (i.e. boot animation forever) unless I wipe the Dalvik cache. I had to go back to CM11 because of this. Anybody knows anything?
I tried R26 for KK on my CM 11 M5 and that bricked my phone. THANK YOU...
crap, I'm sorry. I didn't realise Render's 'KK kernel will not work for CM11 based roms as they use 4.2 kernel source', I've only been flashing it on cm12, that's why I suggested that. Now we both now to always read all the release notes before flashing anything new. Nevertheless, I do apologise.

Came looking for a confirm on this as well though inam on d801. I've been bug reporting the sh*t out of that. Aside from this and people complaining about echo's during calls and the prox issue this ROM is perfect.
Anyone running CM11 on D802? Please send me a message or try to reproduce a bug that we on LG G3 (d855) have.
1. make a phonecall (leave a phone on the table)
2. cover proximity sensor with a coin (screen should go blank)
3. doubletap the screen
4. remove a coin (screen should awake)
5. does LG G2 d802 on CM11 awakes or not?
On LG G3 CM11 screen stays blank.

Do you mean the cm12 nightlies or the cm11 m12 snapshot because there are no more cm11 nightlies for the d802.

I mean CM11. I need a test on any CM11 ROM, if possible CM11 M12 would be perfect because CM11 team accepts issues only on Mx releases.

What do you mean by doubletap the screen?

double tap gesture is how you wake up and lock your phone. Are you sure you followed my instructions for reproducing the issue?

D802 CM12 02.21. also since 02.15, there is no unmount option under settings > storage when I plug in micro sd through usb otg. I can accesses it in file manager but no way to safely unmount. anybody else?

Hey guys, I'm running CM11 M12 on my D802, upgraded from CM11 M5, wiped data & apps before install.
Switching profile seems do not work, anyone have the same issue?
Example:
Create profile "profile 1", set ringtone volume to 5/7
Create profile "profile 2", set ringtone volume to 1/7
Click "profile 1" when ringtone volume is 3/7. It remains 3/7.
Click "profile 2", it's still 3/7, no use at all

First time installing CyanogenMod 11 to your LG G2 (D802), or coming from another ROM:
- Read the official wiki
- Copy GApps and CM11 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Flash CM11 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.2:
- Copy CM11 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM11 zip from SDCard
- Reboot
