Y2Ne1 I have a question, I sent you a PM not sure if you received. I installed your theme and when I go to open the apps that install with your theme they forceclose. Any ideas?

I read that it is the stock kernel so I know it can't be too much. I put the phone at max speeds in performance and ran the benchmark but it falls short in a lot of other areas. I will take a screenshot later so you can see.

Was your flash clean???? Or dirty??
Did it include the internal??

I appreciate your opinion but I'm a factual kind of guy. Benchmarks on antutu are ran specifically for tasks used by the phone and it's architecture capabilities. So yes, I'm looking for definite answers as to things like, kernel, governor, speeds, and the actual modified things that allow the phone to use such less power.

Sorry if I sound rude, I work in IT and I do a lot of trouble shooting. Your post seemed a bit foolish or trollish as your asking for pointless information and you are unable to give me the pertinent information of the specifics. Regardless, thank you for trying to help me, if anyone can get into specifics I'd appreciate it. Would be silly for me to flash back to stock to get better 2d/3rd rendering and multithreaded performance at the cost of battery life.

Not intending to sound like a troll here... but working in IT, I'm sure you are aware that each device runs better on different settings. Even though we are all using a Note 4, each 'batch' of Note 4's use slightly differently manufactured internal parts and thus might run with slight variations.

perfect example is there seem to be a lot of people (in other forums) unable to OC their phones to the 3 gig mark and maintain stability. There are also settings with using different kernels, like the AEL one. I personally use that kernel when using DK's ROM and I mimic some setting recommendations from the OP in the cmRemiX thread. I use Umbrella_core set at 2.89 gig and min at 300K, Zen for both I/O. I get insane performance and awesome battery life.

Benchmarks? I stopped doing those a long time ago. As long as my phone is super fast, does what I need it to do in a responsive manor, and last for 2 - 4 hours screen on time between charges... I'm golden. I know this isn't the answer you are searching for, but nobody can give you hard factual numbers that guarantee highest performance due to the variance in devices. I do hope this helps some though.

Thanks I tried but I was still using up my data when I changed APN to IPv4/IPV6 but I do thank you for the suggestion. I will try this again after my data is capped (hopefully not). Usually am an optimist, but I am only 1gb away from capping and I just increased it to 11gb yesterday. :/

I reflashed stock ank4 rim then used custom recovery then did the full setup as usual wipe clean install of ROM. I used the native tether and was happy to see I was DOWN 8mbps was happy then hurried to see my data in TMO account settings and seen I was still using... I tried both regular Ipv4 and IPv4/Ipv6 together and still no ability. And now I can't even use wifi tether app. I'm scared to use now. Because I have 1gig left and that's it.

Windows 8.1.. I normally use USB tether. But been testing with wifi and not working either.
Google Chrome always. Scared to touch IE. WAP is used(with wifi tether app) not with native wifi though I tried native wifi earlier before the flash of Stock Ank4. Still didn't help. I haven't tried tether my brothers iPhone gonna try after this post. Hope T mobile haven't flagged my account or something. Man I love USB, get great speeds. Terrible speeds with wifi tether app. Can't game. I can but not like using USB then bridging it to PS4 AND gaming. I was doing that for months. Again, all I'm guessing now, is my account might be flagged.

Anyone else having Google services fail upon clean flaah of 4.1?

Now that I think about it I downloaded all my apps least night after flashing so it wasn't the ROM. Google services are just needed up this morning for me.

After using this ROM for a few months now, just got a sms from T-Mo letting me know I'm close to hitting my tether limit. I wonder how they finally realized? I have changed no setting, and have used about 10GB tether in prior months.

EDIT: Please disregard. I probably had some packets sniffed and got caught. It happens.

You can see the floating circle in the picture. I've read and deleted the new text and it won't go away. This is from a clean install, including wiping the internal memory. I've had this problem on all DK roms. I have to restart to get rid of it.

Could it be nova launcher?
Any setting that I should look into?

Im using nova launcher and my floating messages go away after a couple seconds... or after ive veiwed them..
Have you checked under the floating message settings to see if everythings okee dokee???

go into application settings >> Message >> Notification >> click pop-up display

might do the trick
