I flashed back to cm-12.0 modem, it has the same signal strength and battery drain was caused by Google Services which I posted the fix in post 2. I don't see the need to release these files because it will only cause new users to ask hundreds of unnecessary questions which I don't want to repetitively reply.

I am running dirty 8.5 stock kernel. I am having issues with my mms - it would not send, and I am not sure if i am receiving any either.
I am on cricket wireless. Can you guys let me know if its a known issue? Last time i checked was v8 - was working fine. It would be awesome if you tell me what kind of logs are needed, I will provide them.

Edit: attached screenshot. Why does it use td-scdma??? Isn't that for chinese market only? I tried to change to everything else, it automatically switches back to this configuration..

Try setting/creating a build.prop edit
ro.vold.umsdirtyratio=20
Other settings should work too : 40 or 50
This is essentially the cache limit(dirty ratio) of memory during usb transfer

I have this problem that all apps using Facebook login / connect to work crashes / stopped working as it tries to login. I dont know if it is due dirty flashing as it started since two versions ago. Does someone maybe know a solution? I've already tried clear cache. Thanks, love the new version as always

Sorry I forgot to say - using googles messenger app. Switched to hangouts 15mins ago, seems to be working a bit better.. Still doesnt explain the chinese cdma that I cant get rid of and 2 people who can not receive an mms no matter what I try.
Maybe I should try *#*#info#*#* and change it from there.. I went there, and saw that its packed with chinese modes. Maybe I have a radio issue? Maybe I have no issues, and I am the only issue? All possible

On a clean install I have to delete all APNs except for the one I use otherwise MMS will not work for me. Since I am on AT&T I keep the Phone APN and delete all others. It should be worth a try, considering you don't lose anything since you can restore APNs to default.
I'm on att and use the pta apn and has been good. Also make sure you flash the opo alpha modem, works great for me. The 02/09 doesn't have the radio/modem firmware.

I am unable to unlock my phone when I am using PIN code security feature.
When I type the PIN nothing shows up in the PIN text bar, so I have to restart my phone. After it comes up again, I have to quickly enter my code to enter the phone (P.S: It still does not show the PIN but accepts it)
Then I have to change the security to SWIPE. Rest all the security screen methods are working fine.
Is this a known issue? Anybody facing or faced it already?

Has anyone gotten Xposed to work? I installed the apk in the misc folder and then the zip in recovery, went into synapse and set selinux to permissive and when I go into the installer I'm met with a message that says xposed can only be installed in recovery. Normally I'd go to the xposed forum for answers but the op posted it as functioning with this rom.
Just figured it out. It doesn't work with regular greenify. If you guys want to use greenify with xposed you have to use the beta. You can get it here: http://www.androidpolice.com/2015/0...ation-features-to-free-and-even-more-goodies/

I just followed your steps, create lock screen pin, using material dark theme. Pin opens lockscreen multiple times.
My steps clean flash v8.5, ak v127, then applied theme, then applied pin #.
Everything working
Shame on me for not trying that. Setting the pin after the theme works great. Thanks for that.

* Recommended firmware and gapps are there because they where tested by me and have zero issues/bugs/drains but you can flash whatever you want, just don't report any bugs you find because I will ignore them
How format Data/Cache partitions to F2fs?
1. Make nandroid backup with TWRP (In case something goes wrong and you want to revert)
2. Backup all internal storage (sdcard) to USB pen drive
3. Put ROM/Firmware/Gapps on USB pen drive (It can be the same you used on step 2
4. Now reboot recovery and do a factory reset
5. Wipe all partitions (System, Cache, Data, Dalvik/Art)
Format Data ( Including internal storage)
1. Check the box for "data"
2. Tap "change or repair file system"
3. Tap "Change file system"
4. Tap "F2FS"
5. Swipe the button
Use the same method for "Cache"
You can now flash your ROM as usual but, since you wiped your internal storage, you have to use pen drive where is all needed files
Can I flash custom kernel on this ROM?
* Again, you are free to flash custom kernels on this ROM but don't report any bugs you may find
GPS not accurate or slow fix satellites
* Use FasterGPS to configure your gps.conf
Problems with battery not charging or drain to fast.
* Calibrate your battery by let it discharge completely and do a full charge without interruptions. It must calibrate after 2/3 cicles
How to dirty flash new gapps?
1. Using file explorer navigate to system/addon.d
2. Delete file that says gapps example "70-gapps.sh, 80-gapps.sh, 82-gapps.sh"
3. Flash new gapps in recovery
