* Put device in recovery mode (use TWRP)
* First make required backups
* Copy the HTC-ONE-M7_GPE-5.1_LITE_CMERT.zip file to internal memory
* Wipe dalvik cache, cache, system, data (Full Wipe)
* Install HTC-ONE-M7_GPE-5.1_LITE_CMERT.zip
* Restart the device.
* The first opening 6-7 minutes, waiting please...

any chance we can get a mirror thats not mega? I can't get it to download at all, click on the link and it never opens up the mega app, always just asks me if I have it loaded, which I do.
