Installed xposed several times on this rom and it just won't install. It successfully installs but says framework not installed when i try to use it. Anyone else? Or any suggestions?
Ask @jrbxx7, he's the Xposed expert for this device, or at least as knowledgeable as anyone with whom I interact.

Maybe I'm just blind but that is just a link to the unofficial xposed download which i am using the latest zip. It works for me on all other roms but this.

I should only have to flash the zip in recovery, install xposed apk, install apks(gravity box, etc.) and then enable the modules and reboot.

I went one step above since the above didn't work and tried changing the SElinux which no matter what one your select it always goes back to enforcing on reboot and softreboot.

I'm at a loss as to why it won't work....

I used the link on that page to the 7/2/2015 build (http://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3388327&d=1435865354), flashed that, then downloaded the apk from the other post (http://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3383776&d=1435601440). It's the XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk. Then in the app it shows the framework installed. Are you seeing it as installed or not?

Have you granted su permissions after flashing it?

But honestly, I am thinking I might switch off it. Performance is good, but I am getting a lot more wakelocks than I am used to. Phone wont deep sleep for long stretches. Not sure if its the rom or the kernel, but its easy to change kernel to something I have used before and compare, and this is my first time using lean kernel, so I am guessing that other kernels are probably just better at blocking a lot of the unneeded wakelocks. Then again, its entirely possible that I have no idea what I am talking about.

Lean kernel has been running great for me. The phone deep sleeps as it should and I've had good battery (still 70% after 12 hours of light use)
I guess everyone uses there device differently though...

Yea, I mean, I'm only comparing it to myself, and I am finding my idle drain higher than normal with this setup. I am at 62% battery right now. Normally, at this time of day, with this amount of us, my batter should be probably 10-15 percent higher, and even though I pick it up and use hangouts a decent amount, when i look at battery stats, the phone is waking up a lot and doesnt seem to stay in deep sleep for any significant amount of time. Checking in better battery stats, right now, I have 4h30m of deep sleep, 4h02m of awake time, with only 1h23m of screen on time. Outside of the seemingly normal partial wakelocks (some podcasting, nlpcollector, and audioin, which are all individually under 10 minutes each), I also have wlan_ctrl_wake for 23m, msm_hsic_host for 17m, wlan_rx_wake for 10m. Which all just seem higher than normal. I even have the wakelock dividers set to I think 9% right now for wlan and msm wakelocks (I worry about shutting them off completely because I dont want to potentially cripple functionality). Other kernels just seem to handle these better. I would normally be at probably 6+ hours deep sleep, 2.5-3 hours awake, with the current screen time.

Sorry, I wrote way too much, I guess in the hopes that someone can tell me a fix. Otherwise, Ill just try another kernel. This just doesnt seem to best on battery for me personally.

I'm experiencing very similar stats to you, @mashuto. Most notably are the wlan_rx_wake and msm_hsic_host wakelocks. If you try another kernel that does well on this ROM, let me know. I don't have any intentions on leaving the ROM anytime soon.

After several days of use this is the best rom I have used on N6

It's fast, stable, great battery life and the options are perfect! Thank you

Anyone know of a hidden way to shut the screen recorder off? Without something displaying on screen?

It could be just that, might be better off with a different kernel. Not all set ups run the same and hardware is different from phone to phone. I had 2 note 3s in the past, one would run... forgot the name now, but one would run great on a certain kernel while the other wouldn't even boot. It's a shame also because the other kernel gave me about an hour longer SOT. Just how it goes sometimes.

If changing kernels doesn't resolve it, least you know that's not the issue.

I agree! Been looking since February when I first received my n6 and rooted it. I have used every custom ROM out there and had issues with all of them. Some worse than others. This ROM has all I need and is close to stock which I love. Beans has always managed to make some great ROMs with just the right amount of customizations.

Is there a setting in this rom that allows you to choose how long heads up stays displayed?

Im have a power button issue. I've read a handful of threads on here concluding that it is ROM related. The power button randomly works and then stops. The workaround (found on xda N6 thread) is to press vol down and up and then it works. And what do you know. It works! I don't think it is a hardware issues. Few times its happened I went into my reboot app and rebooted and it worked again after that. Was wondering of anyone has had this issue? Loving this ROM BTW. Its my Daily :)

I just bought the nexus 6 and rooted and installed this rom and elemental x and noticed my flash on the camera doesn't work. I didn't try it on stock rom, so not sure if it's hardware or software issue. Any advice please?
