On lollipop build u should be able to install a lollipop kernel. So get your flash on and make it happenI'm chroma hammerhead-ota-05.10.2015.

As has been posted before [ please search for the key words ]!
Charging light are a kernel function!
It means that in order for them to work you need a kernel that supports it.....
Hellscore b20 on last stable lp [ 9-27-15 ] post works just fine, cant speak for the new m6 but regardless you need a kernel with the support otherwise the idiot lights don’t work!

Just an update, some people have started compiling unofficial builds of Chroma. Flash at your own risk as it is not a compiled build by me nor a officially supported build.
It's been a busy couple weeks for me with all these exams and projects as well as initial build up of Chroma for Marshmallow. Starting this week (after Tuesday and Thursday), I'll have more free time, this means that I'll have time to start looking into initial support for other Nexus devices other than the ones I use.
Expect official support by the end of next week hopefully.

I still help zephik with devices he doesn't have and I do but I just don't mantain devices anymore

Ty for all your help getting Chroma on both N5 and N6 as i have both and both running flawlessly in my opinion. Now youll have to get all the millions of smartphones running Chroma M lol just like C13 M will

Instructions
Pre-requisites: unlocked bootloader | latest TWRP recovery
1. Download ROM, Gapps and put it on the phone's internal storage.
2. Boot into TWRP recovery.
3. Coming from a different ROM? Perform a factory reset using TWRP and wipe /system in Advanced wipe. If you're upgrading from Chroma ROM, proceed to dirty flash (nandroid backup before flashing is a good idea)
4. Clean Installation: Flash ROM, GApps
....Dirty Flash: Flash ROM, no need to wipe
5. Reboot and enjoy.
