I'm currently running cataclysm with elemental ex and su2.62. Can i simply flash Franco r2 in recovery?
Flash Franco then reflash SuperSU 2.62 since the kernel has to be patched again.

I have been experiencing this as well. Dunno if thats because of the appI believe I'm getting an issue with naptimes aggressive doze. Disabling it seemed to fix it, I was getting really slow browsing waits on good internet, and when trying to install an app it said I needed to enable background data.
Started today with naptimes update and I haven't changed anything other than enable aggressive doze so I believe it's that.

Did you had a WiFi Hotspot open at this time? I experienced this week while had a Hotspot open for a friend who capped his data volume. I tried to open the play store and got the same message, after disabling the Hotspot all worked well.I believe I'm getting an issue with naptimes aggressive doze. I don't use hotspot. I haven't seen the delay in chrome since I've disabled aggressive doze then uninstalled naptime.Did you had a WiFi Hotspot open at this time? Edit: I don't use Aggressive Doze. I don't think this is the problem.

Okay. I can't help you out then. I'm using Naptime stock settings with reduced inactive timeout to 5 minutes. On my end everything works well on stock ROM with R2. No delays what so ever.I don't use hotspot. I haven't seen the delay in chrome since I've disabled aggressive doze then uninstalled naptime.
Also, when the problem was happening, my Facebook/Instagram/snapchats feeds would refresh very quickly, while the web page would take at least five seconds. I knew it was a problem when even switching to data (lte) didn't make chrome delay go away

Can't wait for r3 to jump back in..
Does anyone have WiFi calling working for them? I just noticed mine wasn't working so I flashed back to stock kernel and it was working again, flashed back to r² and doesn't work.
