here is what i need:
i am confused about which repo(?) and which distro i should be using?
this one seems like what i read on other sites with different server.
haralampije2 Yes stable has its own mind.. According to administrator of ubports forum problem is in recovery, however if you install like this "sudo ubuntu-device-flash --server=htt p://system-image.ubports.com touch --channel=ubuntu-touch/stable --device=hammerhead --bootstrap" it goes ok, but erases android completly.
But also there is this:
haralampije2 I am trying new image server https://devices.ubports.com/#/hammerhead, it has only stable, rc-proposed and devel-proposed images. To change instalation script in ubuntu dualboot installer from here just change server path to " su sh 'cd /data/data/com.canonical.ubuntu.installer/files/ && echo http://system-image.ubports.com > custom_server && chmod 777 custom_server' ". It is curently installing on my phone, will let you know how it is working.
edit: so i started trying everyhing. so far all i get is Ubuntu bootscreen for minutes and minutes (more than 10).
do i have to choose flash su or not when it asks?
edit 2: 226 booted from tasemnice server but i assume it is really old so trying other distros (?)
MultiROMMgr-UT.apk is modified Multirom apk to download files from bports server.
However I managed to get booting only stable channel (devel and rc-proposed got stuck at ubuntu logo...) and it was not easy. Problem was in keyring check error, eventually i stumbled on this
post and it worked.
