HTC Desire 820G+ Dual Sim Cracking Sounds

Hi there, please help me about my HTC Desire 820g Plus Dual Nano Sim device.
recently my android was lagging and i use the Factory data reset but after a few minutes my phone looping in boot HTC logo then restart then again Boot Loop, and i search over the internet if i can get a official firmware and yes i did, i flash the rom i follow the procedure and once again my phone is alive but when i played music i hear a cracking sounds. I hope i can get a Official Stock Rom for my HTC. I bought this phone in UAE Dubai and I'm here in Philippines.

Install root kinguser, install root browser, go to system file with root browser after get root permision, then delete folder (data), reboot mobile sound will back to normal

This variant: Install root kinguser, install root browser, go to system file with root browser after get root permision, then delete folder (data), reboot mobile sound will back to normal

i did this but didnt work.. i installed custom rom again and tried this twice but still same..sounds cracking

To many people it has helped, you have some sort of special case, look for a way to solve the Internet

i downloaded this custom rom but the scatter is not being loaded i am having this problem it says the load scatter file is invalid ..
sp flash tool error 8417 it says ..i checked for this error but coudnt fix it..are you sure that custom rom is for htc desire 820g plus double sim ?

i did exactly same you said but phone keeps restarting, over 2 hours battery finished

Use this rom http://www.4shared-china.com/zip/cGd1iD52ce/0PMG20000IMG_A50MGP_DUG_K44_SE.html , The one given by op and almost everywhere in the internet has that problem. think that is not the final version of the rom. It fixes almost all the problems.
NOTE: Must do a factory reset just after flashing by spflasher (on first boot) before using.
I found this by searching on the internet but dont know where. credits go to the original uploader.
