1- if you install (camera_fix patch) on v2.1 then you must wipe everything and re-install the rom as a clean installation cuz the patch made for v2.0 only and not compatible with v2.1.... whn installation finished wipe dalvic and cache then reboot.
2- setup your device and reboot to Recovery and install kernel rio then supersu then Reboot and dont wipe dalvic and cache.
3- install any root explorer (i recommend ES File explorer) then go to device/system/build.prob and look for this line (ro.sf.lcd_density=310) and change value to 320 then save and reboot.
Note: if problem not fixed go to Settings/Applications/Application manager/All/Camera and clear Data and Cache then reboot.

plz remove camera_fix.zip from post #3 cuz its not compatible with v2.1 and cause more bugs.
it will be nice if you add links for Kernel rio and superSU until you finish v3.

In contacts "more and edit" is of white colour

At some places their is no text box and curser like in settings

In quick settings panel no clock
