We will constantly be fronted with SuperSU and TWRP issues on M9 Nougat firmware, root might be solved with SuperSU in Magisk as such in HTC 10, so it will be difficult to be pulled out system.img from device with adb. I hope RUU.exe 4.14.617.6 based are released by HTC in a short time.
Ok. I can pull out system.img from device and create System Dump with DiskInternal Linux if there won't be any issue for TWRP in Nougat firmware .
Please just pull out a system.img with TWRP and zip up the directory and upload it.

@baadnewz and I (thx @LeeDroid) are pleased to offer you a public version of ICE M9 5.*.* rom based on Android Nougat 7.0 4.28.401.3 with WWE configuration and customization files, Android Nougat 7.0 HTC One M9 kernel, Aroma installer.
Can try to install on MM firmware. Successfully tested on N firmware (for International S-OFF version, US Unlocked, Sprint, Verizon).
Don't forget make full nandroid backup in TWRP (boot, SYSTEM IMAGE, data, cache) before install.
First install - Clean install only!
First boot - 15-20 min (on logo).
If rom is not booted within 25 minutes then press all three buttons (power, volume + and -) and hold until the screen is turned off, then immediately press and hold volume down (go to Download mode - Booloader - Recovery) and try again. If nothing happened - restore system image, boot, data, cache from your backup.

Some little outdated screenshots:26I started cooking the new rom. There is a lot to do, and even more to catch up. So far I made the aroma and updater script, removed useless apps, cleaned code and other stuff.
Needs to be done: tweaks, tweaks app and a ****load of other stuff. Fortunately @LeeDroid and @lyapota ease the transitions so big kudos to them. SVN should be up with an alpha version of the ROM tonight or tomorrow (depends on what setbacks i encounter).
I know this update is looooooooooooooooooooong overdue so here's hoping for some users left

P.S. My plan was to return once Sense 8 was available and port it to M9 but needed something to take the rust off until porting needs to be done thus the return today.26hey, i know i said i'll try to update by end of January but tbh didn't had the time nor the mood,
For the guys asking how im doing, have to say my life is a bit chaotic atm both professionally and personally, need some time to readjust to the change and only then I can focus on my rom cooking hobby. Don't wanna get your hopes up or even try an give a time frame for a MM update to ICE. I rarely open XDA nowadays . sorry if i disappoint by not updating in a timely manner. will do my best to update it at some point.
