This is STOCK ROM based... No need GApps !

Do not install gapps. Any app you need from gapps is installable from the play store

I'm on v2.6 Zenkernel and it is generally smooth. One thing I noticed though is that when I'm using it for a long time app switching and lockscreen unlocking start to lag. Are there settings that I need to tweak in Kernel Adiutor?

Missing stuff in project T

project T kernel seem to be missing some stuff? like hotplug option in kernel aduitor and busy box? busy box seems to be not install when i go to root browser and it prompts me for a busy box update but when i update it, it takes me to the appstore showing busy box needing to be installed. Unlike zenkernel where it update busybox, it automatically downloaded it. I'm sorry, i'm new to these things and to this website.

I noticed recently that a simple swipe across the proximity sensor after ur done talking brings the sceen back on.

Also, the kernal auditor has a mind of its own, as it randomly changes the settings and refuses to retain settings after a reboot

The rom is great and smooth and beautiful, its just these small niggles that annoy (one more bloody thing wrong in 2016) :silly:

Android remote desktop

HI, I'm new here so apologize if I do something wrong.

I own a Z00AD model and I discovered cleanstock a few days ago and I must say it's amazing. I installed v2.6 without any problems (I did a full wipe) and, for me, it works flawesly all app I use daily.

Here my first issue which I was not able to fix so far. I want to control my phone from my computer so I decided to use the well known Airdroid. I installed successfully the app from Google Play but it cannot be started. When I try that, I can see a black screen for a couple of seconds and then back to the android desktop (Airdroid didn't start). Does anyone knows how to fix it?

I tried other alternatives for controlling remotely the phone. The only one that worked for me is Vysor but it losses connection very often. The Teamviewer Quicksupport requires the Asus complement which is only available for commercial version. Perhaps someone knows other alternative to achieve my goal.

BTW, my computer`s OS is windows 10.

Try Splashtop 2 Remote Desktop, search it on Play Store. You need to install Splashtop Streamer on your PC for this to work and an account to login.
It works flawlessly with this phone, i'm using this app for 2 years now.

EDIT: Sorry i misread, thought that you need an app to control your PC using your Phone virtually.
