Lineage Android Distribution is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device..

* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

Lineage Android Distribution is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

AWESOME :) Hope I would get great battery life with low sound bug fixed on this ROM [emoji1]

BTW, there is no Rev1, Rev2. But some devices like mine can't wipe in TWRP. Only need to wipe through stock recovery, otherwise it causes bootloop. So how can I flash it? @tejus

Bugs Report

Great Work Tejus.

Bug #1 - In Play store, many apps (esp. WhatsApp) shows error "Your Device isn't compatible with this version" as in attached screenshots, So can't be installed through play store, even in the oldest android 4.x, these apps were able to install via play store.

Bug #2 - Auto Screen-Brightness bar not working., It worked after I disabled "Adaptive Brightness" in "Setting->Display & Lights".

Bug #3 - Physical home button doesn't wake up screen.

Request #1 - Double Tap to sleep on status bar can be enabled, working perfectly, if Double Tap to wake-up feature is added, will be great and appreciable.

Request #2 - Make changes in system, so bigger open-gApps ( like stock or Full ) can be installed via Recovery. I was only able to installed only pico and mini version of GApps.

These all problems were also in the earlier CM 13 Rom for this device.

Waiting eagerly for resolution of play store.

And tell that works for u or not?

Yes it worked :) First boot took very longer than other ROMS but it's okay, it finally booted.

Issues I'm having are:

Can't give root access to only CM File Manager.
Animations are not smooth and fast. Even changing animations scale do not help :(

Bug#2 is not bug ourdevice dont have light sensor so default is set 50% brightness and u can change brightness by disabling adaptive brightness
Bug#3 check out home to wake up option in settings / buttons but by default is home to wake up is enabled
Will try to do complete ur req1 and flash pico and install gapps what u want if u will install in system that will cause more battery drainage for now

increase min freq when u do multitasking by this app i prefer https://github.com/Arubadel/Arubadel/releases
and m not facing any root issuse with cm file manager .:good:
CM file manager just doesn't ask for root at all

I increased min freq and it's okay for now but it still needs to be improved

Also I saw deep sleep option in Arubadel. What is it and does it affect phone functionality?

For night or long standby when u dont use ur phone then u can enable that option it will turn off 3 cores and will run on 1 core @ 245mhz so will conserves battery and when u wake up ur device u need to manually turn on the cores and In setting /general from there u enabled root user?(in cm file manager) or just check root access setting in developer options

When I tried to do that, then nothing happens. No root access prompt appears. But it's not a big problem for me as I use root explorer.

Any news about the new update or Los 14.1? I'm in a Telegram group and the people there ask about it everyday, I know is not good asking for etas but this waiting is making me kinda sick, if we have a no or date will be better.

Today is my last exam so will download whole source codes after that will compile a new build in which battery is better plus f2fs support is there and many more. So cant give exact date but will try to build as soon as possible
