I don't like to use aggressive doze, so can you explain how light doze optimization works exactly?

Sure It change parameters for usual doze, when the device kick in light state. Parameters control timing.

From now, you are able to control Gov tuner execution, and also schedule fstrim.

I have a stupid question: is light doze only for Nougath, or for Marshmallow also? Because my system is Samsung Marshmallow 6.0.1...

If you have any lag or bigger battery drain, just disable governor tuner since we are changing and testing parameters. Also, before doing that, please report
