Do I need to do a clean install to apply these changes? Or can I just download and run the aroma installer thru twrp? I just flashed your Rom last night and today poof an update! Lol

For some reason it wouldn't install magisk.. or anything else for that matter. Did a full wipe and clean installNo Clean flash is needed ..
Dirty flash the ROM and then Install the Aroma
Edit: re downloaded on desktop transferred and everything is golden. Phone still gets pretty warm tho.

I believe this fix is related to.magisk causing prblm and high cpu usage, but not android system drain right? Just wanted to have confirmation

If u set linux mode to permissive you wont pass safetynet even with magisk thats why you need to use the magisk module for audio mods and that way you keep your linux mode enforcing and u can pass safetynet

I think because although there are close in comparison, the beta version usually have a few test features that aren't in the official version.

- version OOS is based on the stable version 4.1.1
- version OB is based on beta version OB13 which will give (after corrections) stable 4.1.2 in future.

It's because you haven't granted root access to these apps. Open SuperSu and then open these apps, it will ask you to grant root access to the app.
Just open SuperSU before opening AdAway and don't clear it from RAM, now open up AdAway. it will work.
Just open Google Play Store. Go to Magisk app. Uninstall it. Reboot phone. It will ask to update. After update all apps work fine.

Silly question but when I download the Rom and add-on and try to diet flash it tells me in TWRP that the file is for the op3 not the 3t....did I do something wrong?
