They updated kernel sources so there is some changes...

Franco pushed a bunch of commits to the GitHub for this Kernel just a few hours ago. The update is coming, be patient.

Probably the oneplus one. Franco kernel for the opo supports rr as it uses anykernel ramdisk.
@Midomad already answered that. Try to read carefully each word in the OP and you'll find the answer. If you can't, you can try the search function.

Ok break from XDA is over, and vacations are over. Sorry for the absence but I had to rest.
r24 is up synced with One Plus's Kernel source updates + a gazillion security patches + some enhancements from Pixel's Android O Kernel sources.
You can flash it with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.franco.kernel or any other mean you're used to!
