Is it better to convert to f2fs for this latest 64 bit build ? If yes, then how can i change to f2fs ?F2fs is claimed to be faster. I'll tell you what I noticed personally
Apps tend to open faster and work more smoothly in f2fs. But browsers tend to work better in ext4. Maybe I am wrong and it is ROM related.

I have flashed it on my 1gb varient and it's working fine... I have not found any abnormalities till now.. Will check for my battery usage and report..Thank you for the update. However, I only have 1GB variant. May I ask if this latest update is working fine with a 1GB RAM?

Can anyone please explain this "Though 1GB users might face some issues but it will be perfect for the 2GB users. Performance will be improved for 1GB users as well overtime."?
Can't we use nano gapps with 64 bit build bcoz we get google assistant with them but not with Pico gapps ? Can the nano gapps cause wifi drop bug or any other ?- Enter TWRP, choose Wipe > Advanced Wipe
- Make a full wipe except External SD Card
- Check the box for "data" (for data) / Check the box for "cache" (for cache)
- Tap "Change or repair file system"
- Tap "Change file system"
- Tap "F2FS"
- Swipe the button
- Flash Kernel & ROM with F2FS support
-From bugerxXx's thread.
Thank you!yeah the performance will be improved..!!
as of now u can use JDC..
it's lot smoother..
so it's up to u!!
It is working smoothly in 1GB, for some users, the performance is even better than the earlier 32bit builds.
That has no explanation, its just a warning that the performance in 1 GB may not be as good as in 2 GB.

Google assistant will cause a bit more lag and battery drain. Can't we use nano gapps with 64 bit build bcoz we get google assistant with them but not with Pico gapps ? Can the nano gapps cause wifi drop bug or any other ?

For how long have you been using it ? Did you notice any wifi drop ? Which file system and gapps did you use ?The rom is just awsome no issues found till now
Great job devs.
I m using 64bit with f2fs system (2gb ram)
And the only issue is Android OS is consuming about 500 mb of Ram.
I don't think it matters to flash HEX Firmware before or after flashing recovery but you can do it after flashing the recovery.. but do flash it before flashing ROM.. and please just do a clean wipe including internal storage..I'm on the 9 June build.
Want to flash the lastest 64 bit build. But im little confused.
Im on TWRP 3.1.0(32bit).
I still haven't flashed the hex firmware. So the question is when should I flash it?
Should I flash it before installing the latest 64bit recovery in the current recovery or after installing the latest recovery (64bit).
Thanks.
ARM64 Update!
So the update is finally here after all the wait.
The device tree has been updated to 64bit. I read questions asking whats special in 64bit?
Our Lenovo A6000 is using MSM8916 which supports the 64bit OS, by default it was on 32bit provided by Lenovo.
But a huge thanks to @dev_harsh1998@mshoaib7 & @karthick mostwanted for the ARM64 bringup for A6000 and fixing all the bugs/improvements!
ARM64 means greater compatibility with roms, better support and better performance. Though 1GB users might face some issues but it will be perfect for the 2GB users. Performance will be improved for 1GB users as well overtime.

I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
A lot.
