Access Fitness data from Lg Urbane and Galaxy Gear S

I own LG Urbane and Samsung Gear S . One gives fitness data in Google fit...other gives in S Health. My ask...
- can I get a common view of my fitness data from both Apps...thru some apps...tricks
- or can I get Gear S data in Google Fit or vise versa...:D

Would you please recommend some solution as both these wearables have something great that I don't want to abandon any....:crying:

FittnessSyncer is great and works with multiple fitness services.
Health Sync on Google play will sync S Health & Google Fit.
