go to settings > system >aex updates > add-ons then download & flash magisk.
u wll find Dolby in magisk, flash it

That's interesting. I am on the latest build and both the features don't work.
When VoLTE stops, simply turn on and off aeroplane mode. That works for me every time.
I'm unable to take screenshots with vol- + power button or not even three fingers slide. On latest build.
Oddly after flashing (via latest twrp 3.2.1 i believe) this rom, + gapps arm64 stock + magisk + dolby atmos (then clearing dalvich / cache) and rebooting system, I'm just getting leeco initial boot logo, then Google splits off into the 4 dots spinning and dancing around each other. This goes on indefinitely (tried letting it sit for an hour with nothing). Was going to reattempt tonight and try just gapps arm64 nano. Any other ideas of what might be happening?
Followed someones note earlier here in thread:
Once bootloader and twrp is set
Goto recovery
Wilpe->advance wipe
Wipe art/dalvik cache, system and data(your photos wont be deleted)
Dont wipe boot, internal memory
Install
Rom
Gapps
Magisk
Wipe cache
Reboot
Wait a while for phone to boot
Setup phone

Clean flash ... As everyone flash any rom after 19s .. 21s volte is not stable.. even after this call don't work means restart once volte is stable in this build bro

Thanks ~ will give it a go tonight, also for suggested bootloader at 19s (I'm on 20s), I saw another thread for 19s but it looked to only be for 526 model, I'm US 522. Any idea where I can get that? And do I wipe "boot" in twrp then flash that 19s bootloader zip? Thanks in advance~

Try to install without dolby.... It causes bootloops....
