Guys, how did you capture your dogs moving and the image is soooooooo good? I am not able to do that with my Note 8.

Gcam too cold. Stock too warm..
I guess I'd take too cold with slightly better detail. But it would need editing..
Gcam is iphone X selfie material, really big improvement.

I'm convinced! Weeks ago I purchased a Pixel 2 XL. After comparing with my Note8 I decided to sell it. Construction and overall feel is way better on Note8. I also testex some shots on both using minor criteria and apparently Note8 wins by far.
Not satisfied I purchased another Pixel 2 XL 3 days ago. Now i did some serious photos comparison. Almost 40 shots and Pixel won in only 4 or 5 of them. Note8 is awesome. Sharpness, colors, contrast are better in Note8.
I don't know what people do in some YouTube tests. In mine Note8 seriously wins.

I ported the Google Pixel camera software and it really adds to the photographic experience on the Note8.

Taken at my Diving Centre in Ambon, Indonesia. Shot in Pro mode, playing around until it looks like what the scene looks like and trying to cut as much noise as possible. The photo posted is directly from the camera, no post processing.

I will be out this weekend taking a lot more photos, but I did test the zoom capabilities yesterday at dusk out, and OMG the quality is impressive.

My only observations so far are that in auto the Note 8 tends to go for a warmer white balance, and sometimes it has struggled to get focus.
