Idk lol.. I'm no developer. What about adding the option to enable it in the general settings rather than the phone app setting? Like how it's in RR.

Also, if it doesn't work on stock OOS, I doubt it'll work here too.
Eh. He probably doesn't know how to flash the correct firmware. VoLTE on that carrier works flawlessly on Omni, tested on the official and my personal build.
Vodafone IN VoLTE already works perfectly fine on Omni. If it doesn't work for you:
Flash the Latest Firmware
Check if Enhanced 4G is enabled in Mobile Network Settings
Go to Mobile Network Settings > Vodafone > Access Point Names and see if you have a APN named "IMS"
If you don't, create a new APN,
Name: IMS | APN: ims | APN Type: IMS | APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
And reboot.
Also, Check IMS Registration Status in *#*#4636#*#* > Menu > IMS Registration Status > Voice

there's no option like Enhanced 4G in Mobile network settings
my apn is set to IMS after getting your reply
but, in IMS registration settings my voice status written "unavailable"

Hey, guys. Is it possible if there is a notification and status bar icon for that notification... to hide the status bar icon and only leave the notification when I pull down?
