Confirmed it's working on stock rooted android O Moto g6 play xt1922-7 (boost mobile) variant. Also if your getting a parse error Try going into your files app and installing it like that on Android oreo I got parse error and just gave Google drive the permission to install unknown apps. Screenshots of camera working provided.

G5 Plus here

Along with lens and youtube live, could anyone please point out whether the image quality has improved or not.
Or the best way is to enable camera2 api and install "open camera" or Gcam?
Thanks

@hudfer: I downloaded this and tested it on a Moto X Style (2015). After an initial force close when trying the app it's been stable. However, the Google Lens integration as well as the manual exposure mode are not available on this device. The camera hardware doesn't support manual exposure, and I think the hardware is simply too old to support Google Lens. This means that arguably, the only improvements on the Moto X Style are the Youtube functions and the integration with Google Photos.

I'm not sure that's enough for me to keep it on the Moto X Style, but that's neither here nor there. The app does work, and that's all that counts.

Is a sd card support enabled version available?

Yes, work perfectly.

Yes, and when your thread made the XDA portal there was mention of at least one person NOT owning a Moto Z who tried it and got it to work. Whether intended or not for devices other than the Moto Z, in the end it's no longer relevant. The modders in the Moto X forums made the necessary changes and got manual mode working.
