[ROM][7.1.2][ RROS Android N - For Huawei P8 ]

I want to try this rom and I want to write a feedback but The camera doesn't work and I usually need the camera in my life.I am waiting for camera problem solve.
The same with me... It's my only device, but without camera it's simply useless. So, if at least fix the camera, then I'll definitely install the ROM and then I'll be able to help with the other mistakes. The camera is a very big problem

I flashed it today and I love it!
Basically it's stable and smooth. But the battery life is not good, apparently last shorter than stock one. Especially when gaming.
The SELinux status is already permissive.
Unlike the Los14, HD videos can be played without dropping frames and heating issue now. :laugh:
That's what I got from one-day experience. Briefly, except for the not-that-good battery life, it's an amazing ROM ,thank you so much for your work.
update: when go to settings---magisk manager, it just crashes.

There's some minor issues:
The wifi hotspot button is always grey and can't be turned on.
When language or icon changes which cause system UI to restart, the notification&navigation bar cannot be immersive anymore unless reboot.

Hi, thanks for feedback !
First, you can't enable wifi hotspot because of this : "Can't tether or use portable hotspots while Data Server is on " ... so please switch Data Server off !
Second, I have no clue why system UI restart after you changed the language ... but better try to reboot device after the language was changed !

Is there any way to unlock bootloader code without paying 3rd party apps to unlock the bootloader as huawei doesnt support giving users their bootloaders?? Just asking cause i want to flash this asap?
You can contact Huawei UK on Twitter for them to help you. Just Tweet at them , and they will follow you back so that you can DM required info in turn they will send you the unlock bootloader code. It's how I got it.

The gps chips, which is on P8 that on X2 are the same.
If you install the stock rom from P8 to X2, then the gps works - (I checked)

Well, the GPS it's not working on your device because I added support only for Huawei P8. As I see, stock EMUI Rom has support of GPS for multiple devices.
Our device use glgps47531 blobs... So if you want to enable GPS on your device, you should add proper blobs, and you may modified also ramdisk.

Today I started to work on Oreo 8.1 for a few hours ( unfortunately, my free time it's limited in this period ) and I already booted RROS Android O on Huawei P8 :
Apart USB, internal & external storage nothing does to work ( well, I didn't tried to fix something ... ) , even touchscreen seems to have some flickered issues !
BTW, I'll keep working on RROS N for fixing camera and the rest of the issues, and also I'll start working to fix issues on Android O 8.1 .
