For those that want to install arnova camera port (and other similar ports) but can't because having a Pixel phone, now you can again with the newest version of App Cloner. Just get the new version on the official site https://appcloner.app/ or via Amazon Store.
Too bad devs won't rename the package name on the apk.

Rear camera works very well.
Front camera issue, take photo but can't process and save it

In redmi note 4(mido)( android 8.1)

*Viewfinder is lagging in camera, portrait.
*Video works perfectly in both cams
*Photo booth working but green tint
*Green tint in front camera (including photo booth)
*Night mode viewfinder is green, takes picture and processes and just when it's almost finished app crashes
*Slow motion is not working (does not show anything in viewfinder)
*The rear camera pictures has darkish tint(sorry can't explain properly in words) more around the edges( this issue was not present in gcam_pixel3mod_1.1beta )

@Arnova8G2 am using Android pie...the latest Google camera app working great with night sight...the official app not any port
Here some problems....
1:-night sight front camera flip upside down...
2:-no hdr+enhanced
3:- no portrait mode..
4:-no gesture like try night sight pop up..
5:- no front camera flash like light up Screen...

Just tested both APKs on my capricorn running LOS 16, specially Night Sight, and it just works when it wants to work, most of the time the pictures are just extremelly blurry and pinkish or greenish I really don't know why. However "normal" pictures just look fine. I used "MGC_6.1.013_B-S-G-based_v.0.4_TlnNeun.apk" as a reference for Night Sight, since it always work.

On both versions startup time took 3~5 seconds and shutter just works after a while.
Also viewfinder lags sometimes on .013.

EDIT:

Just tried Night Sight with https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-bsg/#apk559 and it breaks if I change the Interface Style to Pixel III, so there is a hint about the cause of the issue...

ok so it finally works perfectly on 5t on pie rom but had the usual front cam bug so i installed the fix for 8.1 and it completely tanked its performance like it became super sluggish and eventually crashed so i removed the front cam fix and it is back to normal with the broken front cam

    This is a support thread for apks created by Arnova8G2. Here you'll find basic instructions on how to use this port and how to properly report bugs.

    Compatibility:
    - The camera2 api needs to be enabled;
    - Most versions only work on Snapdragon SoCs, but some work on Kirin and Exynos processors;
    - 64 bit ROMs are a requirement;
    - Doesn't work on phones without RAW support (eg: some Sony devices);
    - Newer versions may work only on new Android versions. Old versions might be better for old Android versions;

    Known issues:
    - FAQs and troubleshooting

    - Slow motion is broken on some phones and Android versions;
    - Some devices have issues with their front cameras (eg: OnePlus 3/3T, 5/5T). You may have to install a fix (if available for your phone) or disable HDR+ on the front camera (setting only available on some apks);
