How to install pixel experience update
I have already installed TWRP but always boot mi recovery
If it's booting into mi recovery then you haven't flashed twrp properly and have done something wrong. Explain exactly what you did. There are lots of existing posts, guides, YouTube videos etc explaining how to unlock your bootloader and flash or boot from twrp if you search for them.

Just found out WPA2 is not working. Is there a workaround for this? I have limited data and need to connect to my university's wifi (the the guest wifi booted me because I have a student account on the student's wifi)

So when trying to connect to a protected internet point (aka my university's wifi) it asks for the type of security at the top (I'm at home now so can't list them down) and depending on which option I choose it will let me enter my username and password to access the wifi. The problem is that the security for this wifi is WPA2, which then asks for my username and password, but it is not showing up for some reason as an option. If I choose any other security type and enter my username and password, it will either grey out the 'connect' action, or I can tap 'connect' but it won't be able to access the internet as it is the wrong security type.

Can you tell me the right steps to update to the last version without getting bootloops? Im in 19/12 build. Thank you in advance

Successfully updated 20190108 build via dirty flash :)

Steps taken :-

• DL ROM via system updates, cancel install when finished and asked
• disable every module in Magisk 18
• restart once
• power off and boot into TWRP
• install latest ROM build (when completed I noticed that Magisk is then automatically installed)
• clear cache/dalvik, reboot system
• enable module back in Magisk
• done

Ambient display only works for new notifications..should get a working advanced settings option.. that's one bug I found so far..other than that everything works fine.

Do we need to flash latest vendor zip and disableforceencryption.zip again before installing the updated rom ? TIA

Hey guys, i find that the touch or haptic feedback is kind of wierd or way too strong. Is there a way to adjust that? And I am not talking about the keyboard haptic feedback, i mean the overall system/navigation hatic feedback.

@jhenrique09, Flashed the new build, but still having the cropped screenshot when the notch is hidden. Bottom part missing navigation bar, top part has blank area. Facing this issue since the rounded corner when notch is hidden was implemented. Anyone else facing this issue?
