Why does the camera take green photos? Or is that just me?
Have you try disabled all module?

Last time i face that issue because custom kernel.

But, you not describe about your device
- bootloader status
- rooted/not root
- have module or not
- flash custom kernel or not

So, it's difficult to other want help or guide you.

First thing to do is, submit report here (or thru Community app > Profile > My Feedback)
https://forums.oneplus.net/feedback/

Sent from my ONEPLUS A6000 using XDA Labs

Maybe because that has nothing to do with the Beta version number? Let's take some random examples:

Beta 15 filename: OnePlus6Oxygen_22_OTA_032_all_1903251449_4aa432208e9dc.zip

Beta 14 filename:
OnePlus6Oxygen_22_OTA_030_all_1903092018_dad8c.zip

Beta 10 filename:
OnePlus6Oxygen_22_OTA_015_all_1808102118_downgrade_68586451f7334c4d.zip

None of them have the version number of the beta in their name. And all of them start with 'OnePlus6Oxygen_22_'.

While interesting, I already am aware of that. In each of those cases everyone received updates with the same filename. This time is different.

Since we're using examples, when I checked for an OTA update, OnePlus wanted to send me a file that started with "OnePlus6Oxygen_23_....". Since I am rooted, I chose to download the file from OxygenUpdater instead which sent me a file that started with "OnePlus6Oxygen_22_...".

I was just curious what the difference was.

I've been on custom kernels more or less the past 6 months. Been trying stock since last beta, and I must say, it's just as smooth as any other custom kernel. Seems like oneplus has done some kernel work lately. Nice.

How do I root the new beta 21? If I've installed TWRP and Magisk, the boot failed after asking for SIM Card pin and is rebooting into TWRP.
I'm flashing with the "All in one Tool", but it doesn't work in this beta.
Zero issues here. All Installed in Twrp.

Not just with the latest beta, but how is the battery life on the recent betas? And are they as smooth as stable now? I only see really app updates in the betas, so I'm curious to see what issues there are, if any.

Note: Dirty flashing is fine if you are running an old OxygenOS version or a ROM based on OxygenOS. If you are, however, coming from a Custom ROM, you must clean flash.

Caution: Please remove your existing screen lock/pin/pattern/password and set it to swipe before starting the update process.

[Dirty Flash] For Users with an Unlocked Bootloader and TWRP Recovery coming from Stable OxygenOS, OxygenOS Open Beta

    1. Download the full ROM zip and TWRP recovery from the downloads section above
    2. Transfer the full ROM zip and TWRP recovery to the root of your device's internal storage
    3. Reboot to TWRP recovery and take a nandroid backup of your existing ROM
    4. From the TWRP menu, Install > Select full ROM zip > Swipe to flash

Guys just like to mention here that BETA is its initial stages so expect bugs and broken functionalities. We try our best to test all major functionalities before moving the build from a closed stage to open for you guys to test it further and share your findings as there can be infinite possibilities of something still being broken and that is were you guys come into spotlight :fingers-crossed:

If you take a look around, there are not many OEMs who are offering 9.0 builds even in beta. I don't want to take any names here but some of them have much bigger development teams, staff and resources. We are still working towards the a better and sweeter pie experience for you and that will not only cover the current devices, but will trickle down till the OnePlus 3/3T, for the record, there are very few 2016 devices which will get the pie treatment.

Having said that I truly appreciate your support and participation in OnePlus Beta Program and consider you guys our core community members who give us our true feedback, good or bad always valuable to us.

Thank you once again for your continued support and active participation in the beta program, expect bugs and subsiquent fixes, its a cat and mouse chase

Let's keep the thread moving forward towards positive contributions and a better, sweeter pie experience :highfive:
