I think it makes Android even smoother than it already is in this ROM

What an utterly useless comment, what's the point in being an idiot towards people with the same interest as you?
hey there community,
first of all big thanks to the devs. really calms my mind to be on los and finally free of the big brothers.
Now I want to install Nanodroid, and I cant get it to work. When I try to flash the zip in twrp it results in an error (which I cant remember anymore, but it was sth simple like "this is not a flashable file" or "exited at line 4" or so? The same thing in magisk: this is not a flashable magisk file. I did the signature spoofing test, and it failed (red screen). I read that its important not to use gms-services before installing, I had Telegram and gcam (which crashes, obviously because of abscence of google play stuff:sillycould have thought of that one)installed. Tried to clear data and cache of these apps, uninstalled, tried to install nanodroid again, failed again same errors. I also read in this thread, that only nanodroid patcher has to be installed. How do I do that, and also whats the procedure after that to get the rest installed? I also read some official nanodroid github readme, but I'm confused i.e. in the deodexing part and the preinstallation requisits, like is it totally necessary not to install any stuff except magisk after clean flashing of rom? Hoping for your help guys, thx in advance

I'm very interested in running microg on my recently obtained s8. How did you manage to set it up? Are you using LOS? I've started messing around with samsung-based custom ROMs but most pie ROMs are odexed and I'm still focusing on getting signature spoofing. Also my attempts at removing google services have caused bootloops. Sorry for being OT but I feel it could be of help for others seeking a google-free ROM for their S8. Thanks!
Yes, I'm running Lineage 16 from here. I first flashed LOS + Su add-on but NO Gapps; after installation finished I obtained Developer Options & set root access to Apps & ADB. I then flashed Magisk v19.3. After re-booting I installed the Riru - Core module in Magisk, rebooted, then installed Riru EdXposed (YAHFA) module. After rebooting I installed the Xposed Installer by DVDAndroid apk. From the XPosed installer I then installed FakeGapps v2.0 and, to assist with SafetyNet issues, HiddenCore Module v1.7.
After getting that far, I initially flashed Nanodroid from TWRP before discovering Shadow53's zips to allow choice of what applications and settings to install via NanoDroid (https://shadow53.com/post/unofficial-microg-zips/).
I must say that I found Shadow53's pages full of advice for which I remain very appreciative.
By the way, I have been trying out EteSync to sync contacts and calendars but I dare say that there are other ways.
I apologise if I've described the wrong steps somewhere above but it's getting late and I am tired!
You could also use the NanoDroid Patcher too for signature spoofing and for just micog and nothing more you could use the NanoDroid Aroma Setup
That is way meant lol, thanksI'm not quite sure what you mean by usage, but the battery seems fine and runs for a couple of days between charges.
I recently installed TWRP, Magisk Root & Lineage Os16 on my Samsung Galaxy S8 SM-G950F Exynos. Everything works like a dream, except for Bluetooth Phone calls in my car. The phone pairs with the car ok and the system dials the number ok, but there is no audio, just crackling noises. Is this a known issue and is there a fix. Actual firmware is: lineage_dreamlte-userdebug_9_PQ2A190305002.
MaybeIs there a way to fix the absence of audio when using the phone in the car on Bluetooth Audio, which has only occurred since the installation of Lineage Os16?

Provide any additional information (observations/frequency of problem/last version it worked on/etc) as needed:
there seems to be a reason as to why they are using older gpu drivers as i just compiled the kernel with gpu drivers from latest stock kernel it booted fine and even displayed 1 frame of lock screen but than went black although i could still double tap power to open camera than use volume keys to take pic and it would make a sound so the phone was still on for sure EDIT: link to the kernel if anyone wants https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zuaQIEGfF_AR4xorB8bE2q_q47upWtR0
