So, here's the thing.
I know there will be no support for this Alpha build.
Almost everything works out of the box, except Magisk. Phone and whatsapp calls work just like they did on Pie. Using STRIX Caf kernel everything is as smooth as you'd expect. Tried Magisk 19.4, flashed in recovery and everything went fine, but magisk manager detected no magisk installation. Whatsapp audio works (unlike on the Pixel GSI), ANGLE seems to work. There's no lag on Chrome nor Youtube. Api2 it's enabled by default, Safetynet fails to pass. There was a werid bug trying to change the keyboad's languaje, but that's maybe just me.

The phone runs hot AF sometimes, however, 4PERTURE said it's almost fixed in the next release.

a first look on ANDROID 10

Lets all take a look and see what this Android 10 look like.
First impression is, that there are are not many visible differences from pie.
Looks like all differences are under the hood and we will need some time realize them.
Android 10 looks very fast. 10-15 % than pie, in this early stage, means we are going to see many wonderful things.
I have tested the main futures of the rom and seems most of them are working good.
GPS, Calls, camera (Gcam 6.2.030, snap camera HDR, stock camera)
Front camera in Gcam that I tested, is working, also.
Green 3/4 in stock camera, though.
I didnt have the time yet to flash camera2api fix and see if it will fix like did in PIE.
BT, devices are connecting, new LOS BT sources in it, with the new futures and settings.
BUT, no sound in it. Both in music and YOUTUBE video that I tried.
over all , considering that this is the one rom available in just 5 phones now, we must say that @4PERTURE is a pioneer developer, that had leaded our phone to the next level, to the next ANDROID.
Thank you dev for that. The vince community is very grateful to you.

I will post as many screenshots as I can, so user have a first look to that new rom.

DEV @4PERTURE, allow me to ask this:
If I want to flash back a PIE rom now, do I have to use the previous recovery as well, or I can use your SAR for it?
Thanks again, for everything you are doing for us

a first look on ANDROID 10, PART 2

The process of flashing was very simple as dev @4PERTURE describes it in OP.
Reboot to recovery, flash SAR TWRP> reboot recovery
flash rom, flash Gapps, reboot system.
Everything completes fast and secure, rom is booting in no time at all, less than 2 minutes.

So here some more screenshots for those who want to look but not dare to touch (for now) :)

This rom has made great steps ahead, since the last time I flashed it.
Dev @4PERTURE, has done a great work this time, fixing almost any bugs that we still see in other roms.
Calls are working great, BT calls are also working fine.
BT music in it is with superb sound in it.
Hot spot and Usb tethering working and options to change usb preferences through notifications, is fixed in this one.
Antutu is giving the biggest score I have seen so far in a VINCE phone.
Its a great rom with a great look and feel in it.
Amazing job @4PERTURE, THANK YOU :)

    I mean no offence brother.
I am just keeping my point that when the volte works it can be used as a daily driver...
    Thats it...
I m not asking to fix this..
I know, but it's better not to annoy a dev poking at a feature continuously. Let's just resort to sending bug-reports + logs, instead of just mentioning the same stuff. Cheers!

PS: You are very sensible tbh, unlike @myidealcut who tries to flame everyone around.

    For this build I used:
    ROM
    https://akito.evolution-x.org/4PERT...10-20191026.CHIPS-v3.0.0-beta+3.COMMUNITY.zip
    Gapps:
    pixel_gapps-arm64-10.0-20191016
    From here:
    https://akito.evolution-x.org/PixelGApps/pixel_gapps-arm64-10.0-20191016.zip
    and stable magisk 20.0
    https://xdaforums.com/apps/magisk/official-magisk-v7-universal-systemless-t3473445

I used OF recovery stable 10 to flash them.
No problem in all steps of the proccess.
Take a look to this rom guys, you will not regrate it
    :)
