If you're wondering what is the best theme out there for your pocophone when using MIUI 10 it's the XTB THEME V1.2 made by a russky group called XTB.
It is also compatible with any phones that runs miui 10.
All the credits goes to the developer himself Тимуру.

Installation - go to Themes APP and import the .mtz file - click apply and save changes.

if you don't have the designer account

In this case you have to do the following:
1. Go to the Play Store and download the MIUI Theme Editor.
2. After MIUI Theme Editor installation, launch it.
3. Now click on Browse and go to the downloaded MIUI Theme and select it and then click on the Start.
4. Click on Next and check Edit file name or path.
5. After checking the Edit file name or path click on the Finish.
6. Now click on Install.

It's nice but the bad thing is that it leaves me all the text in Russian, I think I'll have to delete
