Can "DT2W"(double tap to wake up) be disabled in this update?
Please reply.
If it can be disabled, I will be able to use my favourite rom AEX.
Please please please reply
Try this (magisk module)Upgraded to 6.7 after using the previous version for a long time, only problem with it is that fullscreen on gaming mode isn't working, is there some other setting that I need to change? can anyone confirm if fullscreen works on every game (some games have built-in fullscreen support like CODM/PUBG etc)
If dt2w can't be disabled, try this
Go to terminal (any terminal app)
Give the following commands: (ignore $ before the command)
$ su
(It will prompt for root access,Grant root access)
$ echo 0 > /sys/devices/platform/soc/78b7000.i2c/i2c-3/3-0038/fts_gesture_mode
That's it will disable the dt2w
(note: if you got goodix-touch screen,dt2w would work fine .. Bug is present only on focaltech touchscreen.. So use the above instructions to disable.. I will fix it soon)
After installing that module,add the following line to build.propStill the no fullscreen issue for games, it started after upgrading to 6.7 AEX, the previous version was fine, tried PE/RevengeOS/AEX 7.0 but issue still persists
Know any workaround? I just want my games to be fullscreen, the magisk module didn't seem to work :/
After installing that module,add the following line to build.prop
ro.miui.notch=1
Thanks to Ivan Martynov
Why using it on y3?How to disable the force encryption tho? Every reboot it asks for decryption code also on twrp too.
I tried reflashing the whole thing and starting from scratch but it still remains, Also if i wanna switch back to my old stock xiaomi rom, will this prevent it?
I only backed up data,boot and system the usual.
Using the rom on redmi Y3.
