That's probably due to incorrect or old TWRP version . It says failed to mount vendor ryt ? Try the TWRP from the Lineage OS 17 OP.

can someone please tell me where to download the android 10 version of this rom I'm not seeing links anywhere
I installed the latest derpfest rom . Its really nice everything works as should. thank you dev for saving my device since PE ended support for this phone. I have 2 issues the volume panel is on the opposite side IDK if there is any way to change it (maybe there is, and I'm not finding the option). and screen remain black after trying to wake it for the first time today. but so far that's it thanks for adding rounded corners, it's so aesthetically pleasing. Please keep up the good work.
PS it will also be nice if we can get a notification when an update is available maybe via a telegram channel. just a suggestion.

Very happy to hear that! Congrats that you have a better choice for your old Nexus 6p.
I have always a question and doubt: is custom ROM really security and safety? Is there a back door? How can we make sure and believe that's Ok using custom ROM? Because it's on own risk.
Stuck at boot animation: I installed TWRP, the boot, vendor and radio images from stock and now DerpFest and I am stuck at the boot animation. no idea why. What am I missing? Log from TWRP when flashing looks perfectly normal without any errors. I am now waiting for more than an hour to see something else than the boot animation.... I also tried to boot back to TWRP in an earlier installation without problems. It just won't go past the animation.
Yes. I wipe everything in "Advanced Wipe" and then install the ROM. No Gapps for the moment. Just the ROM and then its stuck at the boot animation.
I re-flashed again. Wiped everything. Flashed. Wiped Dalvik/Cache. Reboot. See the TWRP log attached. Everything good it seems.
Is this the right TWRP for this ROM? With FBE? Because I am failing to install the ROM. Stuck at boot animation.
Did you format /data or just wipe /data? You need to format /data (backup your files as it will wipe your internal storage). And the rom includes GApps already (you mentioned earlier you didn't install GApps).

Note: If your phone only has 4 cores, download the BLOD patch (you can find it in the download section), flash our recovery.img from your working TWRP and then install the BLOD patch.

・Reboot into system and wait until the process finishes, it could take a little bit. After the installation is done I suggest waiting before using the phone because it usually goes into thermal throttling after installing a ROM.
