First of all, this release wouldn't be up without my friend LooBoo...he did most of the work on this...i was drinking beer and guiding him
So, i guess i have an apprentice now and my monthly releases are becoming all but monthly

Please keep these things in mind:
1. This is a full ROM, not an update
2. Clean install preferred (wipe all)
3. English is "hardcoded" and it will stay english, no matter what locale you set
4. There will be no updates for this version...this is considered to be a final version for 0.12.18!

Installation instruction for best results:
1. YOU NEED AN EXT PARTITION FOR THIS ROM!!!
2. Backup your apps..if you had previous MIUI version, use their backup tool
3. Boot into clockworks recovery and do a full cleanup (i always do data/factory reset - dalvik - ext+ format)
4. Install ROM
5. Wait a few minutes after the first reboot, it takes some time for the phone to do all the necessary things
6. reboot the phone again before you start using it
