Using nova launcher right now, going for a semi-minimalist theme.
Similar setup I've been running for the past couple years. Apex Launcher + ClickUI pack, 440DPI.
Clean and Simple.
Launcher: Action Launcher 3

Icon pack: Umbra
I try to keep it minimal.

I like using different themes every now and then, and I don't mind sharing what I did.
Essentially, the clock widget is from Trident2 pack for zooper widget. The Trident and Trident2 have some of the nicest widgets, but they do cost dollar or two.
Tiny white icons for the dock icons and set the background to white with high transparency. (kinda looks like the pixel launcher dock, which I quite like.
I have also attached the background.
