Not sure about your alarm works fine here but you can turn off your weather morning update in weather settings.

This is a sense 3.6 feature and it's called Weather Alerts, This will show weather on lock screen every morning only the first time you unlock the phone and will not be shown again till next day.

To disable it, go to weather > settings > and untick the last option "weather alerts"

This doesn't disable the alarm clock so you got late on school because you was lazy enough to dismiss your alarm, don't blame your phone

. I'm just kidding, when you activate the alarm make sure an alarm icon is displayed next to the clock in the notification bar so you know the alarm has been set.

I just want to make sure I do this correctly. I'm on TMOUS and when I use navigation it takes sometimes minutes for a satellite to be locked on even after flashing the GPS fix. I'm running 6.6.4 XE currently, does this new TMOUS version require me to flash a new base or is it a standard ROM flash? Thank you.

Goto settings->apps-> maps and delete the cache and user data. Reboot and it should work again.

Bluetooth Range

I too am wondering if this newer better more awesome update does fix a Bluetooth issue I have been having. I know that all phones suffer some signal loss while they are close/contact with skin.

I have been having a problem with my Blueant T1 and my HTC Senation 4g. When I have the phone in my phone case attached to my belt, I sometimes do not get a connection to my headset. I can answer my call, but I can not hear them. When I have the phone laying down on a table, I can get a max distance of 8ft(No walls between myself and the phone) before I start hearing skipping in either a call/music/video.

I have checked the contacts in the back where the wifi/Bluetooth connect to the back and I have contacted HTC for a replacement back. I currently have a Nexus One that I can go at least 20ft before I start getting some type of interference. I am curious if anyone has this, fixed this, or can verify this.

Thanks! Its not a make or break type of deal, nor is it specifically a ROM issue, just curious.

I would superwipe and flash 6.6.5. Don't install any apps and see what happens.

I guess when I say 6.6.5 I mean 1.1.0 right? That is just for TMOUS from what I understand. Does that not have an XE version?

I have some issues with the Faux kernel, I want Intellidemand as default without having to install apps because they are running in the background and take resources or flashing the kernel alone.

I tryed to edit the files in "/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0(1)/cpufreq/" to change governor and underclock to 192, but each time I reboot they got reseted.

Also I read this post:

It says that in "/etc/init.post_boot.sh" is where the governor and frequencies are set, but in the last part of the post, I don´t understand very well because I can´t find the last 2 lines of code:

I hope someone can help and clarify what do I have to do to get intellidemand as default governor without having to flash kernel and override mike tweaks, just with a simple file explorer and command line, like the old times.

No, Tmous 1.1.0 is not the same as 6.6.5. They are two different ROMS.

So what are the differences? I didn't see anything on the OP about 1.1.0. Does 6.6.5 use the updated Tmobile RUU?

Oh haha. With my moto rokr s9 hd's and my platonics earpiece the bluetooth is fine if the phone is in front of me. But if my phone is in my pocket it gets really staticy with both headsets. I started a thread on this and alot of people commented with the same problem. But no one had a fix. I called HTC and they said they knew about it and were working on a fix, So I thought it was maybe in this.

ROM 1.1.0 is designed for T-Mobile US users because it includes wifi calling by default and is intended for US T-Mobile users only. ROM 6.6.5 includes wifi calling as an option and can be used by European users or US users. Since you are in the Netherlands you should choose 6.6.5 without the wifi calling option.

Edit: WiFi calling and WiFi data are two different protocols and because you have one does not mean you have the other. As far as I know T-Mobile US is the only carrier in the world that has WiFi calling as a standard service and that should not be confused with wifi data service.
