Three lock yes or no?

It is pot luck.... I am on three, I had a swap out due to dead screen pixels original had bootloader unlock allowed no, yet this current one has unlock bootloader allowed yes.
So you might be able but until you get device you won't know.
It is certainly sim locked

Wow, so I take a gamble I think, afterall even if I get an unlocked one as I'm buying used it could have just been unlocked at the shop
