[Q] help with htc one dev edition with stock android

hi, i just bought on ebay an htc one developer edition the one that comes with 64gb and it came preloaded with google 4.4 kitkat google play edition, and i want to flash android revolution hd o get back to the stock htc rom. but when i try to enter to the recovery like i used to do with my old htc one 32gb it seems like it doesnt have any recovery because it says "no command" just after a little image of an android appear. i dont know the procces of the developer edition... i dont know if im explaining good my problem but i know u guys know more than me. so hope u can answer my Q. thank you very much

also in the bootloader screen are you unlocked / relocked ?

If your bootloader says unlocked
the first step is flash a custom recovery
I recommend TWRP 2.6.3.4 from here - http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7ul

the command to flash it is
fastboot flash recovery recovery_name.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader

now change your CID
fastboot oem writecid BS_US001

The next step I would download this and change you phone to developers edition

you simply edit the android-info.txt file in the firmware.zip to match your phone. PN0712000 and GOOGL001

ok so im now in hboot 1.44 and now i will try to flash the RUU that i just download from htcdev.. thats what i nhave to do right?
