[ROM][5.1.1][02-APR] CyanogenMod 12.1 HTC One S

CyanogenMod is an open source operating system which is based on the Android mobile platform (5.1 'Lollipop'). It is developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by Google, with added original and third-party code.

User guide:

Install TWRP 3.0.M5-0
Factory reset (only needed when flashing first time*)
*CyanogenMod says that you can flash CM12 directly from CM11 without wiping (not tested)
Flash ROM
Flash Open GApps or any other 5.1.1 compatible package
Fastboot flash boot boot.img from the bootloader (ONLY IF YOUR DEVICE IS S-ON)

What's not working (latest build):

Reboot the phone if camera isn't working
No other issues reported if there's any let me know

@cikoleko I noticed from your screenshots that you are running radio 1.35. Out of curiosity...how's that going for you? Would you recommend it fot CM12 or it's too early to tell?

At the moment I have no SIM card so can't tell anything yet.

How? I have at first flash three mount errors (failed to mount) in /dev/block/platforms/msm_sdcc. 1/by-name/userdata at /data: Device or resource busy.
Second flash two, than one and than none.... wierd. Booting now. Will see.
MD5 checked and ok.

I had that error as well I believe, I don't recall the exact filepath. It still booted up just fine, and I'm installing all of my apps now with no issues.

Camera works? Which gapps you used?

My apologies, I was wrong. CameraZoom, for some reason, shows a random picture (as if you took it) when you open the app. I asked my roommate to try the camera app and thought that was the picture she took lol.

Are you having any luck with the camera? CameraZoom has some weird glitch where it thinks I took a picture, and other camera apps just crash.

Haven't get to camera. Tried to get root access, but i can't. Flashed latest supersu, got icon in app drawer but if i tap it, nothing happens. I will now flash titanium backup and setup Gacc so that i can test camera. Try Cyanogen camera.

edit:
My mistake for root, flashed wrong version; 1.94 instead of 2.23 beta.

This ROM is based on the latest source code by google so it's not developer preview. I can't say it's daily driver because of camera not working but except that there's no any major issues with it, only it lacks a lot of features that CM11 has.

its a known issue, the same happens flashing cm12 on the m7
