Apex launcher is the default, but does that mean trebuchet is still installed? Also just a question to all you who have this rom flashed (im having a hrd time keeping up withall the roms and Hashcodes kernel fixes) would anyone mind summing up the large problems (if any) left with this rom/kernel combo?

gedemis, will the new version you're uploading have a fix for the Settings/System/Status Bar? Currently, checking/unchecking "Show Clock", "AM/PM style" does not work. Also, Battery status style stays the same no matter what you select.

Thanks for this, very nice work.

Mike T

gedemis, this is now working with the 1.1 version, as well as USB storage. Thanks again. Btw, also happy to see you use Apex, it's what I use anyway. At this time Apex is much nicer than Trebuchet.

@chrisp304- Yeah, just wiped cache/dalvik and good to go.

Just looked and Trebuchet is not included, but it is in the zip of removed apps located in the op. The only major problem I know of is the power issue, even this is minor, for me anyway. My kindle recharges fairly quickly using the OEM wall charger.

Which power issue is that? The whole not shutting off properly thing? Thanks for the reply

Great ROM!

Man this ROM rocks!, Runs very smoothly, no bugs to speak of. You took care of the USB mass storage which was the biggest withdraw for me from the previous version, The only thing I think is left to make this perfect is the shutdown issue; However I know that's a Kernel issue and Hashcode will get it done. Thanks for your great work.

Edit:Just found that the screen flickers for a second when it is turned back on from sleep.

The screen flicker is a well known issue in Hashcode's kernel threads, I'm sure it will eventually get fixed just like the shutdown issue. Overall, this rom with Hashcode's kernel is solid.

1.1 feedback

Some feedbak from my side:
1. This ROM is superb. As close to my view on what ROM should be like, as you can get. Thank you gedemis!
2. Exchange Email wasn't working with Email.apk you included. Deleted it with ADB, took the Email.apk and Exchange.apk from another build (attached) and installed it — now working fine!
3. Volume slider now not working, beside "mute" function.
4. USB mass storage, —yes—, it's fixed.

Hope you can get us the volume slider update/fix uploaded. I'd hate to do all installation & configuration from scratch again, as I plan to stick with this ROM version for daily use until some mayor development steps happen on ICS for KF. ;-)

Thank you for your work.

Speakers are quiet

Quick! Quash this quandary: external speakers are quite quiet. Quality build, though, no question.

---------- Post added at 12:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:24 AM ----------

Well I don't have battery % like before and the LED light doesn't turn on while charging and where is Trebuchet?? I think I go back to 4/25
1) Settings> system> status bar
2) silly reason to revert
3) why not simply restore backup/manually install copy of Trebuchet? You're a big boy. Wait...

Working for me. I don't know if it's relevant or not but I installed new version on top of previous, just wiping cache and dalvik.

It seems that this got fixed by my new version of SystemUI as well!

I dont hope this is off-topic, if so please just tell me...

With the included Apex launcher how do I switch off the "dead zones" on the homescreens? In the top/bottom of the screen there are some areas which cant be used for some reason... I tried setting the two margins to none but that made no difference.

AND thanks a lot for this awesome ROM - it warms my heart that it's coming from a fellow Dane :)

Some will work and others won't. I believe some of them will not play because the soft buttons/notification area does not auto-hide like it should.

My favorite Gameloft Let's Golf 3 still works smoothly with the new version.

I am not sure which launcher is better but love the way Apex allow me to reduce the number of home screen to only one (or any number you like).

    - Now running Ondemand governor as default again.

    - All ARM libraries are compiled as -O3. Performance should be the same as 1.6, if not a bit better!

    - Fixed graphic glitches introduced in the last build. (This will need testing, but I hope everything is back to normal!)
    - Removed camera from default landscape lockscreen.
    - Added BoostedAss2 governor. (Suggested by aaricchavez)
The new governor should be a more powersaving version of the Smartass2 governor.

(Note that I still recommend Ondemand as your default governor. It currently features the best dualcore control and deepsleeps well.)

    27-5-2012

    - ADB should be fixed once and for all.

Edit: Volume has been fixed. Now loud err than before!

Updated wlan-libraries. This *should* improve general stability of the wifi.

Ported several new CPU governors to Hashcode's kernel. Default governor is now OndemandX at 1.2GHz - should improve battery life!
    Other governors for testing:
    Smartass V2
    InteractiveX
    For more info, see http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=25619678&postcount=378

New custom circular battery icon! Can be selected by going to settings->system->status bar-> battery status style. Nothing changed about the normal icons.

New build.prop tweaks: Disguises the tablet as a Galaxy Nexus when browsing for apps. This should allow for new games to run on the KF. (Tested on Dungeon Hunter 3 and Asphalt 6 HD)

Users running on FFF1.4 can now reboot into recovery(Thanks Hash!)
    Removed flightmode from powerdown-menu.

Trebuchet launcher included, choose between Trebuchet/Apex at first boot.

USB Mass Storage is now working properly - had to rewrite/merge the custom SystemUI with the newest CM-version.
Fixed the size of the bootanimation.
Removed the custom Play Store - was causing too many problems.
Changed default launcher to Apex - Same simple design, but with loads of customization available!
Included LiveWallpapers and Email apps by popular demand, if you are missing any of the other apps that I have removed, download the "removedapps.zip" and install it.
