Yes sorry. Point is that they will give you the response its sold out until they realize its a pre order. That's when my rep came back with a June 18th ship

I'm not worried...ordered mine thru amazon...scheduled to receive it around the 26-28th shipping on the 21st...if i get it earlier thats a bonus.

Your a little late, but I wasn't ever really worried about that.
Yeah, I had to laugh to myself when they told me that. I actually asked if it was a person on the other side of the screen and not some chat bot. I've had my captivate since it came out so I can wait a couple more weeks if need be.
pre-orders, at least direct from AT&T corp store, typically come a few days before they show up in stores.

I wonder if the ATT version is gonna have a locked bootloader, apparently they are saying it's att 's policy to lock their bootloaders

Sorry if this has been stated before, but I see most people saw the s3 will be shipped on the 18th, however will it be in stores by then. I was wondering since I placed my pre-order in the store.

If you already have an ATT plan and click on "upgrade my phone," the price goes down to $149.99.
I was worried about this too, as their version of the One X was locked down... but I let the pre-order bug get the best of me. If it does have a locked bootloader, then I will let it sit in the box for 29 days, to wait and see if the bootloader gets cracked, if not, back to AT&T it goes, and I'll probably order the International version.

These posts are getting old. This thread is for speculating and discussing Release Date Info for the ATT S3. You do not have to come in here, so please, just stop with the high and mighty posts telling everyone to "calm down, get over it, get a hobby!"
I am not directing this at you specifically Nascar, sorry if you feel that way, but there are quite a few posts like yours and the condescending comments towards everyone like they are 3 years old are just too much.
If you dont want to read these specific posts, then do not come into the thread. Just ignore this thread and simply wait till you get yours, like you are telling everyone else. It is just taking some of the fun of speculating and discussing. Some people want to wait patiently, and have no problem with this, others want to discuss every little chat and phone conversation and dissect every word. IT is all in good fun and anticipation. Many people are so excited for this phone ,the get that kid at Christmas mentality and just want to talk about it, its not hurting anyone.
None of these "woah is me, where is my fine, gosh darnit I was told the 21st" posts are hurting anyone. They are fun to read and help pass the time.
