I've extracted the most recent modems for Poland (XEO), which are signed as I9505XXUENAA.
You can get it here.

Either there is a problem with the way modem.bin gets extracted from the .tar file on PC through 7zip, (as 7zip does complain with "no correct record at the end of the archive" when I extract it) or I need to supply dd with different command line parameters.
Anyone with any ideas on this, as I would love to get to the bottom of this and be able to flash modems through CWM
The link to XXUEMJ8 seems to be broken. Any idea where i can download this modem?
sorry, i don't know about the rest of your post, but I've noticed 7-zip complaining with the same error when I try and extract any of Repulsa's modem files (when I say any, i tried NB8, NA5, NB2). When i downloaded NA1 from the OP, i could open that tar with no issues via 7-zip. Is there a problem with Repulsa's archives?
Hes trying to figure it out on how to flash a modem in I9505 via Recovery mate , and there's nothing wrong with my files , since i tested them before i release it to the public
I haven't actually tried to fash your modems, only because with 7-zip complaining that the archive has a problem, but none of the other modems have that problem, i'm scared i'll do some damage to the phone. It's quite possible they work fine, i'm just not willing to take the risk, i guess. I'm not complaining about your help, i'm very grateful for what you do and i see your posts all over these forums, I just wanted to clarify why i (and others) get an error with your archives, but not with other archives.I can open the tar file in archives via 7 zip with only one error (No correct record because i use Winrar ) And i can flash the modems in odin without any issue at all . I never seen anyone here or told me that the modem doesnt work , so Im not sure what is this all about? do you mind telling me,? and Please feel free to show me another way or any tutorial if you think this problem is bothering you. , . thank you
Edit: Here i found i answer for you,Download/Extract the rar file (Modems from me), then right click the file and Choose 7-Zip then add to archive and and press okey. Now right click the file and choose 7-zip then Open archive . "no more Error"
um, so for me that just made a .7z file which included the .tar. then when i extracted the .7z file, it still had the faulty .tar inside. Instead of trying step by step instructions, what did you actually do? Extract the modem.bin file and re-tar it with 7zip?

TIP of the day:
Ok it worked.
If anyone else is having issues with the baseband not changing, do this.
- Use Odin v3.04
- Untick Autoreboot
- Flash modem
- Reboot once again into Download Mode using (Vol Down plus Home button combi)
- Flash Modem once more
- Once done, unplug then reboot device manually.
- If this doesn't work, try repeating the flash process again while rebooting manually and with auto-reboot option turned off.
