[APP][01/12] Manila Birthday for Leo v2.8.3

Slovenian update for v2.2.
I suggest adding new language entries at the end of the xml <language> section so it wouldn't be neccessary to check whole text again.
Missing entries will be posted until the end of the next week.

In v2.3.0, for the English languauge, there are two typo errors in:

<inOneDay value="tomorow" />
"tomorow" should be spelt as "tomorrow".

<Titel value="titel" />
<ShowVersionOnTitelOnOff value="show version on titel" />
"titel" should be spelt as "title".

I have edited the ENGLISH for the items I had mentioned in the v2.3.0 which were not updated in v2.3.1.

I have used the ManilaBirthdayLanguageTranslate.exe file to edit it, it is very useful and I am using the current edited version. However, I have found that there is one item <inOneDay value="tomorrow" /> is not included in the ManilaBirthdayLanguageTranslate.exe file. I had used an editor to edit it and upload for your updating for others to use.

My home page of Manila on the screen.
What does it mean "Geb." before name and what the strange view of the data?
Second picture the inform before installing Manila birthday.
How can I repear it (like on second picture)?

"Geb." ist the german abbreviation of "birthday".
Go to settings/Calendar Entry-section and select the subject you want.
There you can create your own custom subject.

The qestion is - after creaded all birthdays to calendar they don't synchronized with Outloock. On the PC NO birthdays? How can synchronized it with PC?

can add how many time they live (just show HHHHHH:MM:SS)??
and how many day they live??
