Your also using a different kernel to the one in the package

ARC-LT15i with stock ICS beta kernel with CWM, not ARC s....

& i've just edited build.prop for displaying the proper model no.

No no it is working....i've used old theme so that it was not working...

After back to the defult theme,now i can make calll..

only issue is my backup pro is not working....

Edit:-
root explorer,Titanium backup is now working after fresh install....
