***Flash 4.1.B.0.587 ftf using flashtool, root it & install CWM***
1.Factory reset in CWM
2.wipe cache partition
3.wipe dalvik cache
4.Format/system (in mounts and storage)
5.Format/cache
6.Format/Data
7.Install Iced_Bean_3.0.zip
9.Reboot now & it's done !
10. After rebooting, flash this zip to enable init.d support(locked BL/stock kernel without init.d)

After flashing give the phone 1 hour to settle down & for scanning all media

Init.d support : Flash Zip in CWM
For BL locked/kernel Stock users - enable the init.d support

hey, just a question but you can update CyberShot to version 7.1.2 if you havnt done it.

im already downloading it but the speed is so low :/ so it needs some time to tell you more about it.

yeah i forgot to make the cybershot up to date! :/ but you can flash it for sure

no problem mate, I uploaded the rom in 45min

ouh and yes, there is a new bootanimation, holo youtube app and do not forget to flash the init.d support!

cool, another important question: is wlan tether and onscreen keys working?
because most of the other roms have problems with that

wlan theterin is working for sure

about the on screen buttons ... hmm you have to install osb from the themes thread!
but then you loose this beatiful ui! :/

thats good that wlan works.

ohh, thats not good, i really want to have the stock android look, all other things are ugly.

but no prob, thats a compromise

I agree. I'm not using it (I have a preference for Jelly Bean), but I did try it out and found it to be one of the most beautiful and smoothest ICS ROMs. So it DOES make me wonder why it hasn't got the attention that it deserves.
