Flipboard and google now are updated, sorry I uploaded the wrong versions but they are working now. Apollo, email and genie widget are for android 4.2.2 AOSP so if you have issues make sure you look at the original apk you have in system/app and what's in the zip. Just rename the apk in the zip to match the one in your system and flash it. Facebook and Facebook messenger just updated yesterday so we might update it or might wait to make sure they don't update again. Those take forever to theme and we don't wanna spend hours and hours upgrading it just for them to release another update. We appreciate the heads up on updates as we can't always catch them on the day they come out so be patent and we will update them eventually. Hopefully we well release the clear versions soon but no ETA's at this time. We need a little time to give our brains a rest.

Enjoy the DARKNESS!

Apollo, email and genie widget were installed on a Galaxy S2 and a Sensation 4G both running 4.2.2 Email worked on them after renaming them and deleting the old one.The other two did not show up in the app/widget drawer. Both ROMs are AOKP, but it shouldn't matter.

There is no default apollo app in either ROM. The Genie Widget is in there as well, with proper permissions, but no dice.

Well I installed them on slim Rom and CM10 in which slim Rom doesn't have Apollo included and it works fine....genie widget is in gapps so should work on any Rom. If has correct permissions and showing in system you might wanna try resetting your launcher. I have been providing those apps inside my theme zip for over a year without anyone having issues so I'm not sure what it can be causing it.

Oh btw WordPress update in progress!

It might be permissions. What permissions do you have for both of those?

Currently both have rw-r--r--.

Well, then I'm stumped. I'll check with a different ROM I suppose.

Give me a min to repackage Apollo and see if this fixes your issue.

Success. Apollo lives. Pushed the apk to /system/app and set correct permissions. Rebooted, and now it's there and working.

EDIT: Worked on both devices the same way. Needed to be certain that the apps would install outside the zip, since I'm loading them up into my next updated aroma installer.

Gotcha, try the weather widget now..it was a bad cert in both so I uploaded them both back to the site fixed up. I wonder why the testers didn't have any issues with them. Oh well lesson learned! Thanks being patient!

I don't remember seeing this one in the testing folder. Weather Widget still doesn't show in the widget drawer, though.

Both devices, I pushed the apk to /system/app, then set permissions to rw-r--r-- and rebooted.

EDIT: Actually, it did work, but it has no name. It just shows the package name and has no icon. Screenshots attached.

I edited my post above with more info that I missed at first.

This one has the same nonexistant icon as the screenshots in the previous post, but it force closes as soon as you tap on it.

I have a feeling it might be the gapps version you're using. I'm using the one from CM uploaded on goo 3/1/13. I'll have to look into it a little more. But I think since you can actually see it but it's corrupt then it's not compatible with your gapps. That's a guess though.

I'm using the same one, but with inverted versions of contacts, calendar, calculator, and MMS. Not a big deal. I'll just exclude that one from aroma for a while and test it again some other time.

Tried both of the last two through TWRP 2.5.0.0 on both devices. Same results.

The first one opens, but with no icon or name. The Fixer zip force closes.

I'll have to try messing with it later, thanks for trying.

Team Black Out is a team of both veteran app "Inverters" and new-comers that want to learn. With over A lot of popular Blacked Out and Transparent Android apps in our list, we are sure to not only amaze you but to guarantee once you use our Themed Apps you'll Black Out for a while.. The Team isn't doing ROMS though. We are simply combining the great minds of some of the Best in the Business when it comes to making apps Blacked Out or Transparent. We have only a few team members now because some are planning on being lightly active, so if you're already into doing Blacked Out apps, hit us up if you wanna join. We don't want to train people from the ground up but you don't have to be the best either. We will are hosting guides on this site to help walk people through the process of Inverted Apps...

    T-BOTS.png

T-BOTs are the Team Black Out Testers. When we update an app or start a new one from scratch, we can put anywhere from 20 minutes to 10 hours into 1 app for all of you and then testing that app can take 10-60 minutes and we don't use every app we Black Out so we're bound to miss some hidden things. Well, this is where our Loyal T-BOTs come into play. Once we update an app they get busy looking for issues for us. This gives us more time to be able to update more apps, start new apps or just have some non-android fun. So make sure you thank the T-BOTs when you get blown away from how amazing these apps are!

Obviously this style is the most popular. We don't theme our apps with images but rather Invert the Colors so you'll have Dark backgrounds and Light texts. This is very popular and has become something that many avid Android users have come to thoroughly enjoy so we will do our best to give you more of what you love!

    Transparent.png

Transparent apps have become more popular the last year or so and some members of the Team have been offering them for a while now. Our transparent series of apps are called Clear Apps. Being able to see your wallpaper while you're using your favorite apps is just cool! We'll be offering our own wallpapers soon for you to use!

Ok kids... click on "Welcome to the Dark Side" at the top and it will take you to our official Team Black Out website! All downloads are hosted there only to keep track of everything. If you've used any of our apps in the past in your Aroma installers or in your ROM, you can still use them. Link back to our SITE wherever you post our content tho. Do not post something in a different forum using our work and then PM us to let us know and hope it's ok with us.... It isn't. Ask first and we'll work with you but ask for forgiveness and we have a problem.

    Thanks
