I've downloaded from the on-screen buttons post the restore file for koush alpha 11. I've flashed it and works. This disable the on-screen buttons and change dpi to 240

What kernel do I flash to get rid of the hardware buttons? and will the camera work by flashing a different kernal?
Hardware buttons are changed through the framework Res. You need to rdit a line.

Software buttons will be removed in v1.1 and DPI will be restored to 240
Why? LOL. I actually enjoy the buttons without having to do anything...

1) Unlock bootloader (using adb)
2) (If you used adb you have drivers) double click run.bat on your computer when your phone's connected to your computer. This will root and put cwm and SU.
3) Now that you have cwm, put 5.0 in your sdcard
4) Flash via Aroma. Wipe data, cache, and dalvik.
5) Reboot and flash glados if you want.
6) Enjoy
It's nice but this Market thing is soooo annoying, can't use it...
