This is basically CM 9.1 modified for a COMPLETE SONY EXPERIENCE. Enjoy Sony's best works on your CM9 running smartphone! Why to use Stock ICS when SONY is better? And WHY RUN A SLOWER/BUGGIER STOCK FW when CM9 is FASTER AND BETTER?

**HOW TO INSTALL**

Flash Stock ICS .54 FW
Let it boot properly
Move CM9 ZIP and GAPPS to Internal SD
Flash boot.img from CM9 ZIP
Boot to CWM (Volume Down button)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache
Flash CM9 ZIP
Flash GAPPS
Wipe Data/Factory Reset (Again)
Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache (Again)
Reboot
Boot into ROM
Reboot (Important for Media Scanner to work!)

Instructions if coming from previous versions of my ROM or any FXP build

->Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache
-> Install ZIP
-> REBOOT and Enjoy!

Battery & RAM Tweaking Guide

**Performance Tweaks**

-> DISABLE AUTOMATIC BRIGHTNESS
-> ENABLE AUTOMATIC BACKLIGHT FILTERING
-> WIPE CACHE
-> WIPE DALVIK CACHE
-> ENABLE ZRAM (18%)
-> ENABLE PURGING OF ASSETS
-> REBOOT

Also, after installing all the apps via ZIPs
-> FIX PERMISSIONS via CWM
-> REBOOT

Fixing permissions will make sure there isn't any unwanted FCing.

Charge your Battery to a 100%:
-> WIPE BATTERY STATS
-> REMOVE Charger
-> Use for complete cycle (to nearly 10%)
-> Do not reboot anywhere in between
-> CHARGE to 100% (and give additional 1 hour after that)
-> Enjoy COMPLETE BATTERY CYCLE

This ensures that when your battery shows 5% remaining, it actually is 5% instead of really being 15%. That's why battery calibration is important. It doesn't improve battery life, but gives you your COMPLETE Battery life.

MORE:
- Go to SETTINGS>DEVELOPER OPTIONS
- Force 2D GPU rendering

**RAM Cleaning**

- Do not use task killers
- Freeze/Move to Quarantine those APPS which you DO NOT USE regularly and you don't want them TO RUN IN THE BACKGROUND

Go ahead, try it. Move all unwanted apps to quarantine now!

**DEEP SLEEP BATTERY SAVER**

Your phone sips the least amount of power when it is in DEEP SLEEP STATE. There is a new app in the marketplace which can FORCE DEEP SLEEP STATE on your phone. This is especially useful if you want the phone to conserve battery for hours and then wake up for a minute and sync all new alerts in one go. This can help prolong your usage on a single charge.

**BATTERY CALIBRATION**

FOR THOSE WITH BATTERY PROBLEMS:

1.After flashing your phone with a new ROM, install this software:

BATTERY CALIBRATOR on Play Store - 47 KB size

2.Then, charge your phone to 100%.
3. IMPORTANT. Remove CHARGER first.
4. IMMEDIATELY hit "Battery Calibration" (1 or 2 seconds delay is fine, wait for BATTERY voltage to drop and be stable)
5. Use your phone normally (don't charge in between) till it hits 1%.
6. Then charge your phone UNINTERRUPTED (leave it for charging all night) till 100%.
7. Unplug and start using. You should be having as little as 2-3% battery drain for 6-8 hours of IDLING now. That's the optimization of a calibrated battery.

If you are running FXP 203, yes. But

Wipe DATA/Factory Reset
Wipe CACHE
Wipe Dalvik Cache

And yes, do make a NANDROID Backup first.

So its based on fxp 203... People reported that 204 is way better, regarding battery life and gps... So, could u update it and re-upload or will u wait for 205...?

It's not that simple you know. Update and re-upload is a tedious task, not to mention testing. I'm doing all this alone!

GPS is whats fixed with FXP 204. It's not WAYY better as you are saying. I purposely didn't use FXP 204. Because FXP 203 is giving me 1 day and 12 HOURS battery life. Does that look less to you?

And I will update to FXP 205. There's a reason I didn't update to FXP 204. It doesn't have any great changes. The changelog of FXP 205 includes ALL CPU GOVERNERS and IMPROVED BATTERY LIFE. So that's why NEXT MAJOR RELEASE will be on FXP 205.

I thought about it but I couldn't get a working mod so that's why put Android 4.2 Jelly Bean camera instead. It's actually good, touch to focus and everything.

I didn't mean to offence you buddy! I wad just asking... Plus, I didn't test fxp 204.. I just said what I read from fxp thread.. Of course its difficult, I understand it and I really appreciate what u r doing for our device..
