As Mustang mentioned, you've got most of the Sense 3.0 goodies here. I believe the rest that's in the preview is mostly just spiffy look-and-feel stuff, no?
Not yet I don't think unless they kept that secret from us. Adrynalyne still doesn't have his replacement TB yet. Think the big update is the new Toolkit which looks insane BTW. Plus the GB Stripped makes its first appearance.
I thought I did see somewhere a couple more 3.0 things were added this release as well though.

REBOOT WHILE THE PHONE IS PLUGGED IN TO GET CHARGING BACK TO NORMAL!!! CHARGING ISSUE OCCURS AFTER A PHONE CALL! SO, IF YOU MAKE/RECEIVE A CALL GUESS WHAT ... YOU'LL HAVE TO REBOOT WHILE PLUGGED IN TO THE CHARGER AGAIN. Or you can just repost here and lest us know about it ...1
If you have a signal you already have a compatible GB radio, if not the just look through the development section and you will find one.
I believe they recommend MR2 but I have used MR2 and MR2.5 and both seem to work the same for me.
