ROM REMOD V2R G3 Look Alike E980

This is REMOD V2R G3 based off SphinX PRO V2.0 is was getting boot loops with the original Rom(http://lgviet.com/forum/threads/rom...-port-cho-gpro-f240l-fake-giao-dien-g3.24062/) so I took the E980 files from SphinX V2.0 and added the to one zip, DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL WORK ON OTHER MODELS[/

PLEASE READ BEFORE FLASHING- THIS IS FOR E980

Am using Cm-6.0.4.5 without any problems(http://www.mediafire.com/download/rrslaf7yynb0bsi/CWM-6.0.4.5-Recovery.zip)
Always do a backup for safe keeping
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Flash Rom
Wipe Cache & Dalvik
Reboot System i think it asks something about Superuser Select Yes
Boot up takes awhile, so relax

I flashed the LG viet version along with the patch, but i removed the recovery image from the rom before installing. The phone booted but it did not recognize my sd car. Tried booting into recovery and phone got stuck on LG logo. Tried using tot to go back to stock, lg flashtools didn't recognize my phone. had to install panama KDZ to revive my phone.

The LGVIET rom also had a patch for the e980 which we are supposed to flash after flashing the main rom. did you do anything with the patch?

normally i don't flash patches, but ill download it to see whats there to avoid bricking

I'm really liking what you have done with this rom. No bootloops, no bricks, recovery works as it should. Viperfx won't work with this rom but the sony apps make up for it nicely. I don't mind not having a loudspeaker for calls, got used to it with the other sphinx roms and i rarely use the feature much. Great work man.

how do i clean up my notification bar???? id like to remove that data counter and put the clock back to the right hand corner please.

know how u feel

went thru samething it took me three days to figure it out I read I had to use a windows 7 labtop and not windows 8 and it finally worked I was about to buy a new phone glad it worked gessshhhh lol I flashed the tot

Speaker will never work this ROM is GX Base same as F3xx series E988 ROMS are same for E980 plus speaker phone works
